One-line task review and contact information

Review the subject, action and exact reminder time before creating a one-line task. Missing or ambiguous information can be completed without losing the original sentence. Add independent task nodes and optional customer or assignee names and phone numbers, then tap a number in task details to call. Idea sync pauses if a Google document contains images to protect them; image sync is not yet supported.

The package and production signing identity remain unchanged for in-place upgrades. Targeted Android emulator checks cover task creation, alarm delivery, data and signed upgrades; this does not certify every physical phone.

Consistent floating controls and screen-edge alignment

The floating logo, + and all-tasks actions now share one size, shape, border, surface and elevation. Icons follow the selected theme. The controls form one evenly spaced column and fit the actual visible screen area near its edges, accounting for status-bar coordinates and navigation-bar clipping. Actions stay aligned during dismissal, with readable pressed icons. Triple-tap feedback from the idle logo correctly identifies the floating page after a dialog closes.

The package and production signing identity remain unchanged for in-place upgrades, preserving tasks, independent time nodes, ideas, backup and Google sync settings. Dedicated Android emulator, data and signed-upgrade checks are complete; this does not certify every physical phone.

Independent task nodes, organized ideas, Backup & Sync

Tasks now use independent date and time nodes. Recurring schedules stop, while historical metadata is retained. Add, edit or remove nodes directly with the + control in task forms; cycle controls and the separate reminder-node entry are removed. Ideas gain search, square category labels on the right and a compact selection menu. Share the full text and category instructions directly from the editor. Backup & Sync combines local backups with optional Google synchronization. Choose three- or seven-day local retention; startup prompts continue until local backup and its location are enabled. Google synchronization is off on a fresh installation and requires explicit authorization.

The package and production signing identity stay the same for in-place upgrades, preserving tasks, ideas and existing sync settings. Selected content is saved locally before Google sync. Cloud-only idea edits can be downloaded; concurrent local and cloud edits require review. Share images, pages and floating controls follow the selected palette. Floating pages show up to ten items and reduce the count when space is limited. Local backups exclude audio recordings and sound preferences. Shutdown, permissions, network conditions and background restrictions can delay reminders, backups or sync.

Reliable recurrence, date nodes and complete export

Recurring reminders now rearm automatically without manual task completion, using the saved time zone for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly schedules. Add multiple reminder dates with 7/20/30-day, one-month and custom-date shortcuts; editing preserves existing nodes. Default export combines all task states and independent ideas; importing a legacy task file does not clear ideas. Shared task images again include the original QR code and branding, with transparent rounded corners. Floating lists collapse with a half-second animation; temporary hiding moves out of task creation. Alarm volume, Do Not Disturb and delivery diagnostics now include an optional, explicitly enabled volume safeguard. Existing themes and notebook behavior are preserved. The in-app website and both language sites now offer explicit sharing and link copying.

Package, production signing and historical data compatibility are unchanged. Automatic export remains at local midnight with at most seven copies and seven-day retention; recordings and sound settings are managed separately. The alarm-volume safeguard is opt-in and cannot guarantee delivery through shutdown, force-stop, Do Not Disturb or OEM restrictions. Motion detection, anti-motion-sickness, typing-triggered hiding and lockscreen tasks are deferred. Targeted Android 35 emulator checks are not certification of every phone.

Integrated notebook and consistent app themes

Idea Notebook now follows TanZhi's existing three themes. Main-screen actions are New task → Idea Notebook → Import/export; long-pressing the floating icon still opens quick capture. The body-first editor supports long text, scrolling, reopening and confirmation before discarding unsaved changes. Tap a note to edit; select notes to share explicitly. Import/export adds separate idea actions. Automatic backup settings show the folder, status, data scope and recovery guidance. Recurrence, date/time and update dialogs follow the app theme; double-tap and triple-tap feedback no longer compete during window replacement. Existing tasks, ideas, production signing, backup schedule and retention rules remain unchanged.

Local Idea Notebook

Independent Idea Notebook: long-press the floating icon to capture an idea, then save and edit it in its own list. Short taps, dragging and existing feedback remain available. Ideas never become tasks or get uploaded to the feedback server. Export and restore ideas separately, or include them in daily automatic backups. Old task-only backups leave ideas untouched; repeated restores merge records and keep newer edits. Only an explicit Share action sends selected ideas and writing instructions to an external app of your choice. TanZhi has no built-in AI or AI API calls. The prompt requests one complete 60–100-second spoken script per idea, individual research and self-checks, transparent browsing limitations, no invented cases or engagement metrics, and no guaranteed virality. Actual output quality depends on the receiving AI.

Automatic backups and feedback improvements

Automatic midnight backups: choose a shared folder and enable backups to save all task states, timelines, recurrence and reminder rules at local 00:00. Keep at most seven copies and delete copies aged seven days. Files survive uninstall; reselect the original folder after reinstall to restore. Recordings and sound preferences are not included.

Unified task actions in details; direct floating capture from the launcher shortcut; nearest-future interpretation of ambiguous Chinese times; complete content-only sharing with transparent corners; temporary floating-icon hiding; highlighted sound confirmation; and a separate upward swipe to close details after reaching the bottom. Reminder fixes include stale-event checks, custom-offset cancellation, schedule rebuilding and exact-alarm permission guidance.

Initial folder authorization and exact-alarm permission are required. Power-off, force-stop, inaccessible storage or OS background restrictions can delay backup and cleanup; catch-up runs after availability returns, without inventing missed historical snapshots. Backups are readable JSON. A cloud folder provider may sync files under its own rules if you explicitly choose one.

Upgrades com.tanzhiok.app 1.0.0/1.0.1 in place while preserving data. Legacy com.tanzhi.app (0.7.3) remains separate; keep that app and its backups until imported data is verified.

Targeted emulator, migration, backup-failure, uninstall/restore and signing checks completed for this release. This is not certification across all manufacturers and Android versions.

Latest feedback and safer data storage

The floating logo is 80% of its previous width and height. Up to ten unfinished tasks (including overdue tasks) are recalculated live. Four leading slots prioritize high-priority tasks; selection otherwise uses reached reminders, the next reminder, the deadline and stable user order, never creation time. Changes and reminder/deadline boundaries refresh the list automatically.

Task processing requires completion notes or abandonment reasons. Both lists offer two swipe actions. Archive pages have fixed close buttons and settings have more spacing. Deadline and recurrence share one row with individual editing; double-tapping another area saves edits. Swipe text to scroll details or blank space to close. Theme and default-sound labels are clearer.

Upgrades the new-package 1.0.0 edition in place. The earlier com.tanzhi.app edition (such as 0.7.3) remains separate; its data is not read automatically. Keep that older app and its backups until migration is verified.

Targeted feedback, data-migration and signing checks passed. Full cross-device reminder and reboot regression remains in progress.

Independent package, signing and update channel

This edition uses the new package com.tanzhiok.app and a new signing identity. It installs alongside the old app, not over it, and does not automatically read old app data. Built-in reminder voice, recording management and clearer task details

• Adds the denoised built-in default reminder voice “A task is approaching its deadline.” It works without selecting a phone file, while existing personal sound choices remain in place.
• Reminder audio can play one, two or three times; previews and deadline alerts use the same count and can still be stopped during playback.
• Local recordings can be renamed, and the recording list presents the name, duration, recording time and active state more clearly.
• The task title moves into the detail header with the description immediately below it; repeated title and priority labels are removed, while edit guidance becomes a non-blocking floating hint.
• Detected phone numbers open the system dialer for confirmation. TanZhi does not request direct-call permission or place a call automatically.
