Upgrade details & file verification
One-line tasks are created directly when the action and reminder time are clear. The app asks only for missing information. Open sync settings from the idea notebook, find a clearer save action, browse newest additions first, and start a new idea from the launcher shortcut. Optional contacts remain collapsed until needed.
Review the subject, action and exact reminder time before creating a one-line task. Missing or ambiguous information can be completed without losing the original sentence. Add independent task nodes and optional customer or assignee names and phone numbers, then tap a number in task details to call. Idea sync pauses if a Google document contains images to protect them; image sync is not yet supported.
The floating logo, + and all-tasks actions now share one size, shape, border, surface and elevation. Icons follow the selected theme. The controls form one evenly spaced column and fit the actual visible screen area near its edges, accounting for status-bar coordinates and navigation-bar clipping. Actions stay aligned during dismissal, with readable pressed icons. Triple-tap feedback from the idle logo correctly identifies the floating page after a dialog closes.
Tasks now use independent date and time nodes. Recurring schedules stop, while historical metadata is retained. Add, edit or remove nodes directly with the + control in task forms; cycle controls and the separate reminder-node entry are removed. Ideas gain search, square category labels on the right and a compact selection menu. Share the full text and category instructions directly from the editor. Backup & Sync combines local backups with optional Google synchronization. Choose three- or seven-day local retention; startup prompts continue until local backup and its location are enabled. Google synchronization is off on a fresh installation and requires explicit authorization.
The package and production signing identity stay the same for in-place upgrades, preserving tasks, ideas and existing sync settings. Selected content is saved locally before Google sync. Cloud-only idea edits can be downloaded; concurrent local and cloud edits require review. Share images, pages and floating controls follow the selected palette. Floating pages show up to ten items and reduce the count when space is limited. Local backups exclude audio recordings and sound preferences. Shutdown, permissions, network conditions and background restrictions can delay reminders, backups or sync.

Do I need an account?
No account is needed for local tasks and ideas. Selected content is synchronized only after you connect and authorize Google.
Can Google edits come back to my phone?
For ideas, syncing downloads cloud-only edits and uploads device-only edits. Changes to the same idea on both sides require review. Tasks and time nodes currently sync from the device to Google.
Will an update preserve my data?
Version 1.1.3 retains the production signature for com.tanzhiok.app, preserving tasks, ideas and existing sync settings during an in-place upgrade. The legacy com.tanzhi.app (such as 0.7.3) is a separate app. Keep it and its backups until migration is verified.
Will reminders, backups and sync always run on time?
Shutdown, permissions, network conditions and system background limits can delay these functions. Grant the appropriate permissions and keep trusted backups. Local backups are readable JSON and exclude recordings and sound preferences.
